WHY IS REAL DEAL POKER UNIQUE?
> What is Game Check™ certification
Our Game Check™ system verifies each game prior to declaring the results of the game to ensure no irregularities exist. Only when the game has been certified are the winnings paid.
> What is the Cut N’ Shuffle® System?
The Cut N’ Shuffle® system employs a automated dealing system that scrambles, shuffles, reads, and video captures decks of cards. Within a minute the deck based upon the shuffle by the system can be presented to the table for a player cut and game play.
> What is Game Check™ Assurance?
Game Check™ Assurance provides the player with the ability to call for an independent audit of any game they have participated in. The independent auditor will compare the game details all the way back to the video capture of the physical deck.
> When I watch the ADS dealing cards, is that really live?
Yes, it is. The cameras are on the machines 24/7. There are two reasons for the cameras, first is security. We can watch the machines 24/7 to insure no unauthorized person is tampering with the ADS System. The other purpose is to let you, the player see where the cards are coming from. If you watch long enough you will see the decks being changed, and probably, since they are machines, repair work being done. Just so that you know, anytime a machine is restarted, the first deal through is discarded. This eliminates the possibility of a “stacked” deck being used at the tables.

TERMS OF SERVICE
> What are your terms of service?
Please read our terms of service here.
> How does Real Deal Poker ensure the integrity of their games?
Unlike all other sites Real Deal Poker does not utilise Random Number Generator software (RNGs). We use actual packs of cards which are dealt mechanically by our own in-house designed machines. Additionally, we are also able to offer the player the increased security of a cut and the use of burn cards throughout our games just as you would find in a real casino. For added security we also apply a system called Game Check™ which analyses each game and certifies that the game was correctly dealt only after this are the results declared and winnings paid. If there are any irregularities found, play is stopped, all moneys are returned to players and the cause of the irregularities is investigated. The table is refreshed to allow the game to continue.
> How can a player be sure the game is fair?
In addition to our unique Game Check™ certification, for a small fee, any player can call for an independent, third party audit of any game, current or past. All game data, including the video capture of the deck is sent by the Real Deal Poker server to the independent auditing agency to enable them to compare the game results against the deck that was supposed to be used in that particular game. Within 5 days or less, the player will get the results of the audit from the auditing agency. If the game was dealt as constituted, it will be certified. If the auditor finds any irregularities and it cannot be certified, all players playing at that table during that hand will have their money returned to them and the person calling for the audit will have their account credited with 100 times the cost of the audit.
> How much will an independent audit cost?
The independent audit cost €50
> If I reside in the United States, will I be able to play for real money?
No. You will only be able to play on the RealDealPoker.net site. However, we will be doing some things on this site to make it fun and rewarding!

> Why can't I get back onto the No-Limit Hold'em table with just the minimum buy-in?
We apply the following basic rules in such situations at REALDEALPOKER: 1. A player leaves a table (no-limit/pot-limit tables only) with an amount of money which is LESS than the minimum buy-in. This player may return to the same table with the minimum buy-in designated for that table. 2. A player leaves a table (no-limit/pot-limit tables only) with an amount of money which is MORE than the minimum buy-in for that table. If the player returns to the same table within 1 hour, he may only return with the amount with which he left the table or more, regardless of what the minimum buy-in for that table is. Here's an example: In no-limit and pot-limit games, if a player leaves a table ($20 minimum buy-in) with $30 and returns within 1 hour, he is obligated to rejoin the table with $30 or more. This requirement is one of the basic poker rules for NL and PL games, and is intended to provide a fair, competitive playing environment for the players.

> Can I get a refund for a tournament which was cancelled due to technical problems at REALDEALPOKER?
Refunds are distributed according to our Cancellation Policy, which you can find under Game Cancelation Policy.
> Why can I enter some of the Freeroll tournaments and not others?
Although most of the Freeroll tournaments at REALDEALPOKER are completely free to enter, some require you to have earned a certain number of Real Deal Pokerpoints before you are allowed to register. This is how we reward our regular players for their loyalty and support. These tournaments are called "Poker Point Freerolls".
> Some Freeroll tournaments require passwords. How do I get one?
These special Freerolls are organized on request either from our marketing partners or players who have set up their own tournaments. In these cases REALDEALPOKER simply provides the playing platform and has no access to the passwords, which are distributed by the independent tournament organizers.
> Where can I see how many Poker Points I have?
Please log into the REALDEALPOKER cardroom and click on Cashier. Your Poker Points will be listed on the right side of the Cashier screen.
> How Poker Points are calculated?
You get 1 Poker Point for every 10 cents that you contribute to the rake. For details please see Poker Points.
> What is a "Poker Point Freeroll"?
Some Freeroll tournaments require you to have earned a certain number of Poker Points before you are allowed to register. This is intended to reward our regular players for their loyalty and support. These tournaments are called "Poker Point Freerolls" since no money is required in order to play.
> What does Re-Buy and Add-On mean in a tournament game, and how do they work?
We do offer our players Re-Buys and Add-Ons on some of our multi-player tournaments. This means that you will be able to purchase extra chips during a tournament. A Re-Buy is only available until the first break, or before the first break but only until the number of players still in the tournament has been reduced to the number of paid places PLUS 3. For example: If a particular tournament pays out to 50 places and the number of players in the tournament reaches 53 before the first break, then - from that point forward - Re-Buys are no longer possible. The first Add-On is available during the first break and will be available to all players, regardless of their chip count. Tournaments may allow Re-Buys and Add-Ons, or Re-Buys only. If a tournament allows Re-Buys and/or Add-Ons, this fact will be displayed in the tournament lobby following the tournament name as well as in the information box for each tournament. These details will be displayed upon selecting the tournament.

SOFTWARE / CONNECTION
> I lost my connection!
There may be several reasons for this beyond your and our control. Normally your software should automatically re-connect. If this does not happen, try restarting the program - under most circumstances, you will be immediately reseated back to your table(s). Sometimes other software running on your computer may be preventing the REALDEALPOKER software from accessing the Internet - try to avoid downloading files and using file-sharing software while playing at REALDEALPOKER. If you can't connect, please contact us.
> Sometimes connection seems to get interrupted or the game is really slow.
The two most common reasons for a slow game are: 1. The players on the table are taking a long time to make their moves (perhaps they have a bad connection). 2. Internet connection between our servers and your computer has decelerated for some reason. If the problem persists, please contact us if your Internet Service Provider cannot resolve the matter.
> I have a Macintosh. Can I use it to play at REALDEALPOKER?
Mac users will be able to play using our stunning Flash version of the cardroom. Our downloadable software is currently only compatible with Windows-based operating systems and cannot be run on other operating systems. However, on many Macintosh machines, it is possible to install and run Microsoft Windows, and this can be used to run the REALDEALPOKER software.
> I can't connect to the REALDEALPOKER software.
It is possible that your internet connection or our servers had problems when you were trying to connect. Please try again in a few minutes. If this does not work, please ensure that your firewall is not blocking the REALDEALPOKER software. The software requires ports 1111-1120 and ports 11000-14000 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              11000-14000      end_of_the_skype_highlighting to be opened for TCP/IP traffic. Some anti-virus software also includes port-blocking software and you should check the settings if you have any anti-virus software installed. It is also possible that your Internet Service Provider has blocked these ports, for which we would ask you to check directly with your ISP. If you still have problems, our support team will be happy to help you further.
> I can't open the REALDEALPOKER Software.
This can happen for the following reasons:
1. The software has not been installed correctly or the download has not been successfully completed. To solve this, uninstall the current REALDEALPOKER software, and download and install the latest version.
2. You are trying to run the REALDEALPOKER software without proper administrator rights. Log onto your computer as Administrator and try again.
3. REALDEALPOKER or the same poker software from another cardroom is running on your computer which will prevent REALDEALPOKER from opening.

BONUSES / PROMOTIONS
> I didn't get my bonus.
If you qualified to receive a bonus and it hasn't been credited to your account within the specified period, please contact the REALDEALPOKER Support at support@realdealpoker.com and give us as many details as possible, such as bonus type, bonus code used, date of application, etc. We will immediately investigate and inform you of the results.
> Can a player get both "Invite A Friend" and signup bonuses?
A new player can get a signup bonus for making a first deposit. During the registration the player has to click on the Bonus button if the code is not already pre-filled. Any player who wishes to refer friends can get his/her share of the "Invite A Friend" bonus for as many friends as he/she cares to invite to REALDEALPOKER. Since the referred player will be receiving the "Invite A Friend" bonus with his/her first deposit, he/she will have the option to go for the Signup bonus once the "Invite A Friend" bonus is awarded. Please keep in mind that these bonuses are only awarded as soon as the player has earned the required number of Real Deal Pokerpoints within the required timeframe following their first deposit, and not before.
> How can a player keep track of his bonus details?
Please login and go to "My Account/Bonus". Here you can see which bonuses are active or have succeeded, expired, etc.
> Can a bonus be taken away?
We reserve the right to cancel any bonus in case of fraud. A player can also cancel a bonus himself.
> What happens if a player forgets to enter a first deposit bonus code when depositing for the first time?
The player may ask for a first deposit bonus by emailing REALDEALPOKER from an email address registered with us. If there is no reason to deny the bonus, we will manually reinstate it.
> What is the correct procedure for getting an "Invite A Friend" bonus?
Please visit the "Invite A Friend" page on the website located under the "Promotions" menu tab. Enter the correct information into the required fields and send the invitation email to your friends. When your friends receive the email, they must click on the "REGISTRATION" link in that mail. This will take your friend to our registration page. After the registration and first deposit the "Invite A Friend" bonus will be activated for both.
